About Project Ninety Division
Project Ninety Division in San Mateo, California, provides residential substance use treatment for adult males who are already participating in a DHCS outpatient program. They are CARF accredited and LegitScript certified.
You must be a resident of San Mateo County to participate in this program. Your residential costs will be established by a payment agreement made by you and the intake team.
Sober Homes for Successful Recoveries
Sober houses are available for individuals who have completed substance use treatment and need a structured sober environment while in the early stages of recovery. You will be required to attend 12 Step meetings such as AA or NA and attend a weekly Project Ninety aftercare meeting. You will be expected to be substance free, complete chores that are assigned to you, maintain employment full time and abide by the provided curfew.
Therapeutic Expressive Arts
Weekly visits by the expressive arts program provide therapy through art, writing and music. The program is led by an expert photographer and a Cuban jazz musician who will help you use creative expressions as coping tools.
Case Management for Referrals
You will be provided with a case manager who can create a treatment plan for you, refer you to needed health services, help you find permanent housing and provide crisis intervention. Psychiatric and medication management services can also be established through your case manager.
If you would like to continue with outpatient substance use treatment services, the facility can refer you to their location in San Mateo. The clinic accepts Medi-Cal and offers counseling and peer support.
Their medication clinic can manage and provide your medications since you are already a client. Medications are managed by a psychiatrist and nurses, and Medi-Cal is accepted.
