About New Hope Carolinas
Just West of Fewell Park Center in Rock Hill, South Carolina, is New Hope Carolinas. This is a mental health and substance abuse treatment facility that works with teens through a residential treatment program. A referral is required. They combine trauma informed cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and the Good Lives model to help troubled teens curb problematic behaviors. Treatment takes place in individual and group settings, and there's a family component to treatment as well.
