Outpatient Clinical Treatment
Outpatient clinical and medication services treat clients for substance use disorder and gambling addictions. If you need intensive services but cannot commit to a residential program, you can take advantage of the clinic’s full day rehabilitation service.
Services are provided in English and Spanish. Walk in assessments are available Monday through Thursday at 1:30 pm and Friday at 8:00 am.
Your assessment will last approximately two and a half hours. You’ll be assessed by a team of staff with varying credentials. From the assessment, you may receive a referral, such as for residential treatment, medication assisted treatment, the meeting schedule for your assigned group, and appointment times with a counselor and nurse.
Opioid Use Disorder Treatment
An integrated Opioid Treatment Program offers methadone, peer support, family services, and group counseling for those referred to the program. We harm ourselves when we use substances. Treatment in this program includes motivational interviewing, harm reduction, trauma informed care, and recovery oriented systems of care.
Certified Impaired Driver’s Program
If you have been convicted of an alcohol or drug related driving violation in New York state or have a New York state driver’s license, you can register with the department of Motor Vehicles to complete your required impaired driver program at the clinic.
Classes are Monday or Tuesday evenings at 6:30 pm for two and a half hours over seven weeks, or 16 hours. As of this writing, the program is $233 paid by cash, credit, or a money order.
