About Missouri Network Outreach Center
Missouri Network Outreach Center, known as Mo Network, was founded as a grassroots harm reduction organization in 2015. Since then, it’s progressed to become a recovery community center offering addiction treatment and other recovery resources. They provide outpatient recovery meetings, Narcan training, and legislative outreach. They also offer rapid HIV and hepatitis C testing. They’ll provide access to a syringe program.
