About Midwest Detox Center
The Midwest Detox Center in Maumee, Ohio, operates our of a standalone building with onsite parking and nearby access to I-475. They offer several forms of treatment to address conditions relating to substance use disorder treatment, critical care and recovery.
I love that Midwest includes an intensive outpatient program (IOP), partial hospitalization program (PHP) and an outpatient program. In addition, they offer access to a residential program for inpatient treatment and monitoring.
Medical Detox Program with MAT Treatment
Their Maumee location specifically offers a medical detox program. This location provides 24/7 medical supervision as you go through the often difficult task of detoxification. They may offer medication to address your cravings and overall discomfort when appropriate.
Residential Treatment in a Safe and Supportive Environment
I find it good to know that following your stabilization, they may admit you into their residential treatment program. In treatment, you will be provided with daily therapy sessions to address the root cause of your addiction and to help begin to heal your body and mind as you work towards recovery. Treatment is offered in a safe and supportive environment, conducive to healing.
As you prepare for discharge, they work with you to provide aftercare planning and support. They connect you with community support groups, job placement programs, access to social services including food and housing support and outpatient treatment programs.
