About Hennepin County Medical Center Addiction Medicine Program
Serving the city of Minneapolis in Minnesota, Hennepin County Medical Center has a hospital based clinic dedicated to addiction treatment. This facility specializes in providing outpatient care for opioid, alcohol, and nicotine addiction. They offer medication assisted treatment and counseling. You can come to treatment on a monthly or weekly basis. You’ll also receive case management and psychoeducation. Methadone and buprenorphine are used to treat physical cravings and uncomfortable symptoms. If you’re pregnant then your care coordination will be addressed during treatment.
