When you arrive at Elevate, they'll evaluate you for your mental health and addiction conditions to determine if you need immediate care. If you require detoxification care, they may refer you to their detox programs in Santa Cruz and Lake Tahoe for 24/7 supervision.
Staff may provide medication assistance to ease your withdrawal symptoms, including pain and cravings. Detox programs at Elevate are flexible and accommodating to your personal schedule.
Focused on Progress Not Time
I like that they focus on providing treatment for rehabilitation and recovery that is not time-based but rather based on your personal progress. However, they offer 30-, 60- and 90- day inpatient programs, but are flexible depending on your need for treatment, with how long or short of a stay you may require.
The program doesn’t utilize 12 Step programs or medications’ to address and treat addiction. They prefer a personalized, and holistic healing experience for addiction that is completed at your own pace.
CrossFit for Addiction Recovery Program
CrossFit for Addiction Recovery is a unique therapy program offered to clients that incorporates the many health benefits of the fitness program. This program is available to inpatient clients and includes elements of gymnastics, running, rowing and weight lifting to assist in healing your body as you recover from addiction.
Many Natural Attractions for Adventure Therapy
Their main location is located close to the beautiful Santa Cruz Mountains. Clients are encouraged to participate in adventure therapy and explore nearby hiking trails through and around the surrounding natural landscapes. They also have an outdoor pool at their Santa Cruz location that is accessible to clients year-round.
