About Comprehensive Healthcare Horizons Club
Horizons Club is a psychosocial rehabilitation clubhouse program operated by Comprehensive Healthcare, a nonprofit behavioral health organization serving Ellensburg and central Washington. They offer a collaborative, recovery oriented environment where members build skills, connection, and community.
The program accepts most major private insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, TRICARE, and self-pay arrangements. They are backed by The Joint Commission's Gold Seal of Approval.
Psychosocial Rehabilitation Through the Clubhouse Model
Horizons Club's core approach is psychosocial rehabilitation, a person centered model that emphasizes partnership and meaningful activity over traditional clinical treatment alone. The clubhouse operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., creating a supportive space for adults with serious mental health conditions to participate in daily programming and connect with peers.
Members engage in structured activities that build life skills, social connection, and a sense of purpose. The program includes individual psychotherapy, group counseling, family psychoeducation, and illness management services.
Addiction Treatment and Trauma Support
Horizons Club also serves individuals with co-occurring substance use and mental health disorders. Treatment options include trauma therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and couples or family therapy, tailored to address both mental health symptoms and substance use challenges in an integrated care setting.
