About Clear Recovery Center – Outpatient Rehab
Clear Behavioral Health in Torrence, California, offers intensive outpatient programs virtually through HIPPA compliant video conferencing software. Therapies are designed to treat anxiety, depression, stress, PTSD, ADHD, and substance use disorders.
Virtual therapy is particularly useful for clients who have difficulty with in-person visits due to work obligations, transportation issues, or are residing in a remote area. Clients can attend therapy in the comfort of their homes more times per week than life’s circumstances may allow.
You don’t have to be apprehensive about therapy online as you will be matched with a counselor and therapist who is suited to meet your needs. Together you will design your personalized care plan based on the results of a detailed assessment.
Though in-person groups may make us apprehensive at first, it is easier to establish relationships than online. Your participation in individual and group therapy sessions will eliminate this issue and ensure you are receiving the treatment you need.
Virtual Intensive Outpatient Programs
Intensive outpatient programs are attended three hours per day for three days per week for six to 12 weeks. Therapies used include behavioral counseling, somatic experiencing, experiential therapy, and mindfulness. Programs are available from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, offering flexibility for clients with busy lives.
LGBTQIA+ virtual intensive outpatient programs use trauma-informed care to treat clients for anxiety, depression, minority and intersectional stress, family rejection, and workplace burnout. Therapists provide evidence based and queer affirming care while offering an empowering, inclusive, and safe space.
Referrals for Intensive Treatment
A psychiatric evaluation will determine if virtual care and/or medications are appropriate. You may be referred to their residential facility in Torrence. There’s a separate track for teens.
The center treats dual diagnosis through residential treatment, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient programs. Those with co-occurring mental health disorders need intensive treatment and will likely be referred for in person sessions.
