Flexible Treatment in Richmond
Their structured programs are flexible and will accommodate your commitments to work and family. They provide regular therapy and counseling sessions, alongside education on prevention.
In addition, I like that they offer fitness programs and recreational therapy to accommodate your holistic treatment and healing through exercise and play.
Different Outpatient Programs
Their PHP program allows you to continue meeting your obligations at home while seeking in-hospital care and treatment. Their program typically lasts between two and four weeks and will meet in person five to six days a week for a limited therapy and medical treatment/evaluation sessions.
Their IOP program is less intensive, meeting only three to five days per week, but includes therapy that may address issues with past traumas, and relationships focused on managing your medication.
It’s encouraging to learn that they also help with improving your coping skills by providing life skills training that may improve your ability to make better life choices. They will also assist you in managing triggers and learning the best methods for avoiding relapse.
Aftercare Accommodations and Referrals
Both outpatient programs will provide you with aftercare planning and support prior to completion of each program. They will work with you to ensure you have aligned continued treatment if needed, therapy and support programs, to make sure you continue on the right path to healing and recovery.
