Substance Abuse Screenings
To be admitted to a treatment program, you must first be screened. This determines the degree of your use, abuse, or dependency on substances. A licensed chemical dependency counselor will provide your screening.

Ten of the weekly hours consist of psychoeducation and the other two are individual sessions with your counselor. For those who are under court orders, there’s a separate track for DUIs.
When we use substances, we affect the bond we have with our children. A parenting program for six weeks that meets twice per week and uses evidence-based practice curriculum for parents with substance use disorder can help repair those relationships.
Youth Outpatient Addiction Treatment
Youth outpatient treatment consists of ten cognitive based therapy group sessions and ten process group sessions. Parent education sessions meet once per week over a six-week period. The youth must attend with the parents.
The program ends with four in-home sessions. It's available for teens from 13 to 17. School-based programs are also available for at-risk youths. Between sessions, if you need to unwind outside, Tanglewood Park is just a short drive away.
