The center offers specialized treatment for pregnant and postpartum women, veterans, LGBTQ individuals and offenders who have been referred from the courts or judicial system. Integrated Stabilization and Detoxification
An integrated stabilization unit can provide services for you if you are in crisis because of substance use. Stabilization is integrated with detoxification to prepare your transition to inpatient or outpatient treatment. Co-occurring disorders are treated in the stabilization unit.
Substance Use Disorder Treatment
Counseling is offered individually and in a group setting. Psychiatric sessions, psychoeducational group sessions, therapy including your family and recovery skills training will be part of your treatment.
Treatment uses a harm reduction approach and utilizes peer recovery services. Since we are more apt to open up to someone who is on the same path we are, peers can provide encouragement and helpful advice.
Substance Use Medication Assisted Treatment
Medication assisted treatment (MAT) is available for alcohol and opiate use disorders. Medications used include buprenorphine or naltrexone. The center does not prescribe methadone. You will be assigned a case manager who can assist you with treatment referrals or community resources such as assistance with housing and food.
You can access their MAT services on weekdays by appointment. They’re open weekdays 8am-7pm, except Fridays, when they close at 5pm.
