Trinity Health Addiction Recovery - Livonia Hospital offers an intensive outpatient program as well as aftercare groups. You’ll join in group education and peer support sessions. Your treatment plan will be custom to your needs and will include a 12-step program. Their aftercare group is for continued support as people progress into their sobriety. You can join by either completing an IOP or having at least 30 days of sobriety. Trinity Health Addiction Recovery has multiple payment methods including Medicaid and other insurance plans.
