About Renaissance House | Womens Transition Project
Renaissance House Women's Transition Project is an addiction treatment center in Bisbee, Arizona that offers addiction treatment for underserved, rural, low-income women. The program combines substance abuse treatment with physical and living supports including housing, childcare, transportation, job training, and family reunification services.
The program accepts Medicare, Medicaid, TRICARE and VA benefits, private insurance, and state financed health insurance. Cash payment, sliding fee scales based on income, payment assistance, federal and tribal funding, and Access to Recovery vouchers are also available.
Addiction Programs and Therapies
Renaissance House provides short term and long term residential treatment, outpatient counseling, detoxification services, and transitional housing. Treatment includes cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, motivational interviewing, the Matrix Model, medication assisted treatment with buprenorphine and naltrexone, and trauma focused counseling.
Helping Women from all Walks of Life
This facility serves adult women including pregnant and postpartum women with extra beds available for their children. The center specializes in supporting homeless women, survivors of domestic violence, women leaving incarceration, veterans, and women with co-occurring mental health conditions in an LGBT friendly environment.
