About Project Transition
Project Transitions provides recovery housing and substance use programs for adults in Reading, Pennsylvania. you will live in a specially chosen neighborhood in either townhomes or apartment units where a recovery center is nearby. Project Transition accepts Medicaid and is in network with many counties. You and the other members will live in a regular neighborhood and will be in charge of your own cooking, laundry and home upkeep. You’ll spend several hours a week in life skills workshops, counseling sessions individually or as part of a group, community meetings and other therapeutic experiences.
