Christian Discipleship Recovery Program
The core specialty at Orlando Men’s Rehab is its faith-based discipleship recovery program designed for adult men seeking long-term change. As a program run by Adult & Teen Challenge, it delivers a twelve-month residential experience emphasizing spiritual growth, mentorship, and accountability.
During the discipleship recovery track, residents move through phases of induction/orientation, training and transition, all infused with Bible study, chapel services, spiritual mentoring and peer support.
Treatment also includes relapse prevention, trauma-informed care, anger management, and parenting classes that address underlying mindset and behavior. Daily routines reinforce discipline, responsibility and reconnection to community.
Vocational Training & Life Skills Growth
Beyond spiritual formation, Orlando Men’s Rehab offers robust vocational work therapy and life skills development as integral parts of recovery. Residents engage in hands-on trade opportunities such as woodworking, auto-detailing and thrift store operations.
These opportunities help clients gain marketable skills and practical work discipline. Payment is through donation support, sponsorship or sliding scale assistance rather than standard fees or insurance billing.
