About Just Believe Recovery Center – Closed
Just Believe Recovery Center was in a suburban corner of Carbondale, Pennsylvania, and offered treatment for substance addictions and sexual addictions. They were accredited by The Joint Commission and LegitScript. However, they have since closed.
Inpatient Medical Detoxification
While they were open, inpatient medical detox lasted five to seven days and included medication assisted treatment. Clients were monitored 24 hours per day by nurses and physicians to ensure the clients' safety and well-being.
Residential treatment offered a variety of therapy options including psychoeducational, individual group, and behavioral therapy. They treated cause and effects, meaning they treated the cause of the addiction and the effects of the addiction. Family and friends were welcome to be involved in the clients' treatment and recovery.
Outpatient Substance Use Treatment
Partial hospitalization programs met six hours per day for five days per week. Clients received therapies such as music therapy, art therapy, meditation, and behavioral approaches. Medication management allowed clients to continue with prescribed medications while the effectiveness of the medications was monitored.
Intensive outpatient programs lasted 30 days and met fewer hours per week. The program added more community related topics such as job skills and career advancement, relapse prevention, healthy relationships, and codependency.
Aftercare with Alumni Programs
Their alumni program offered aftercare for clients. Clients were able to maintain bonds and relationships formed during treatment. Alumni met every Thursday at 7:00 pm.
The program offered continued support with a 24-hour support network. Alumni coordinators were available for a phone call to offer guidance and divert any crises the alumni were experiencing.
Alumni events included kickball, softball, dodgeball, and barbeques. The center worked with various facilities where clients could be referred to for sober housing.
