About Healthy Moms Program
Healthy Moms is a drug and alcohol rehab in Eureka, California. They provide an intensive outpatient program (IOP), outpatient program, mental health care, and aftercare for women. Healthy Moms provides services for women who are pregnant and/or have children who are six years older and younger. The outpatient program meets twice weekly and focuses on psychoeducation and stabilization of life circumstances. IOP sessions are provided four days a week and focus on relapse prevention, codependency, assertive communication, emotional recovery, goal setting, stress management, and spirituality. Parenting classes are also included.
