About Harbor Wellness Center
The Harbor Wellness Center offers individualized treatment to adults struggling with addiction and co occuring mental health conditions from its facility in Holmdel, New Jersey. They offer several levels of outpatient care, all of which allow clients to live in their own homes while receiving treatment. Services include group and individual counseling, support and recovery groups, and wellness activities. It’s great that they also offer an extended care program to help those in recovery to readjust to life without substances.
