About Harbor MAT
Harbor MAT is a medication assisted treatment center in Brick, New Jersey that specializes in evidence based outpatient care for opioid use disorder. Serving Ocean and Monmouth County since 2020, the facility offers methadone and Suboxone programs combined with counseling and case management for adults, young adults, pregnant women, and individuals living with HIV/AIDS.
The center accepts Medicaid, Medicare, private insurance, self-pay, and sliding fee scale options. Walk-ins are welcome Monday through Friday at 6:00am with same day treatment and medication dosing available. They are CARF accredited, SAMHSA certified Opioid Treatment Program, and DEA licensed.
Medication Assisted Treatment Programs
Same day medication dosing is available for those ready to start. Harbor MAT provides outpatient methadone and buprenorphine programs, intensive outpatient treatment, and regular outpatient services.
Each program includes individual, group, and family counseling using evidence based modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and relapse prevention. A mental health nurse practitioner is available on-site for psychiatric evaluations and medication management for co-occurring disorders.
