Guadalupe Regional Medical Center Teddy Buerger Center (TBC)is located in San Antonio, Texas, and is the only treatment center in the county that provides outpatient services for both substance use disorders and mental health conditions to people of all ages. Drug & Anger Management Programs Near Max Starcke Park
TBC’s intensive outpatient program is a 15-week intervention consisting of group therapy sessions and confidential individual sessions during evening hours from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Their 12-16 week supportive outpatient program meets in mornings and evenings.
If you struggle with managing intense emotions, their 12-week manager management program offers cognitive behavioral therapy and play therapy to help you identify faulty thought patterns and learn valuable coping strategies. The Guadalupe River is close by if you want to relax and unwind after sessions.
Counseling Services for Employees
The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) extends affordable mental health services to employees. Through this, you and your dependents can receive brief counseling services. You’ll also have access to a 24-hour help line to support you during critical moments.
