About Focus 12 Halfway House
The now closed Focus XII halfway house was located in St. Cloud, Minnesota and operated by Central Minnesota Health Center. This was a transitional support facility for men who had previously completed a substance use disorder treatment program. Participants would live in a community setting and participate in individual and group treatment and activities. Staff provided up to 15 hours of treatment each week. This location has since closed, but other treatment programs can be found in the area.
