Fairfax Detox Center is a short term residential detoxification program in Chantilly, Virginia that is operated by the Fairfax Falls Church Community Services Board. The center provides 24/7 medically monitored withdrawal management for adults who need safe, supportive help to stop using drugs or alcohol.
What detox and withdrawal services are available?
The center offers clinically managed (social) and medical withdrawal management for drugs and alcohol, including specialized buprenorphine withdrawal management. Services include daily acupuncture (acudetox), HIV/HCV/TB education and testing, introduction to the 12-Step recovery process, case management, and referrals to ongoing treatment after stabilization.

When are services available?
The facility accepts admissions around the clock. A mobile Diversion to Detox team also operates daily from 2 p.m. to 12 a.m. and can respond to community or police requests to assess and potentially transport eligible individuals to the center.
