Diverse Therapy Methods
Their detox offers 24/7 nursing and physician oversight to make sure that your withdrawal symptoms are under control. In their inpatient rehab, you'll be involved in daily therapy and group sessions, as well as psychiatric support and holistic activities.
Some of the traditional methods you can expect to find include cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, motivational interviewing and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing. Some of their more unique methods include adventure therapy, art and music therapy, neurofeedback, mindfulness and meditation sessions, and a really interesting sound therapy room that is for calming and sensory regulation. They also include 12 Step facilitation as an option.
Flexible Treatment Options
For a less intensive level of care, you can participate in their partial hospitalization program, which is a full day of treatment that still lets you go home at the end of the day. It takes place five days a week, and it's pretty intensive for an outpatient program. Even less intensive is their standard outpatient care, if you don't want to commit to a full week of treatment at a time. They also offer aftercare programming once your regular program is over.

I like that they offer some specialized and tailored programs for specific populations. These include veterans and first responders, young adults from ages 18 through 30, the LGBTQ+ community, and families.
