About CODAC at Country Club

CODAC at Country Club is an outpatient addiction treatment center in Tucson, Arizona and it’s run by CODAC Health, Recovery and Wellness, a behavioral health organization in the area.

The team provides outpatient substance use treatment through counseling and medication assisted treatment support as well as treatment for co occurring mental health needs.

Trauma Recovery Center for Crime Survivors

The Trauma Recovery Center at CODAC's Country Club location is built specifically for adult survivors of violent crime.

That includes direct victims and secondary survivors such as witnesses and loved ones.

Generally they help people who have had trauma within the past three years but they make exceptions for homicide survivors and people in acute distress.

This is a defined program serving a population many outpatient centers are not structured to reach.

As part of this program, you’ll have mental health counseling and case management. They’ll also connect you to resources for housing, food, clothing, financial assistance and legal issues at no cost.

If your substance use is entangled with violence in your past, this removes the burden of coordinating multiple agencies during a crisis.

Trauma and Addiction Treatment

The center shares its location with CODAC's outpatient services so people in Tucson can get help with addiction and violent crime trauma within the same place.

The team treats co occurring mental illness and substance use disorders together. They use approaches like trauma related counseling, cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing and the Matrix Model.

The intensive outpatient track involves nine hours of life skills and support group time per week.

Their inclusive program helps veterans, LGBTQ+ individuals, pregnant women and other populations.
