About Centerville Clinic Vestaburg Partial Hospitalization
The Centerville Clinics Vestaburg Partial Program in Pennsylvania supports individuals who struggle with substance use disorder. They accept Medicare and Medicaid and offer a sliding fee scale program.
Psychiatric Care and Medication Management
Psychiatric evaluations allow the clinic to determine a mental health diagnosis and the treatment needed for each client. Evaluations are available to all ages. Medication may be prescribed for your diagnosis. If so, you will continue to meet with your psychiatrist for medication management services.
Outpatient Therapy and Treatment
Outpatient care offers therapy for all ages. Therapy is offered as an individual session, sessions with a group of your peers, or sessions with your family. How often you attend will be determined by your needs. Common ailments requiring therapy include anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship issues, or behavioral issues such as substance use.
Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHPs) are available for all ages. Full day treatment is available for up to five days per week. PHP includes therapy, medication management, psychiatric sessions, and skills training for emotions and communication.
Intensive behavioral health services (IBHS) is offered to children and youth. Services coordinate with the child’s family, teachers, and other providers to alleviate stress and behavioral problems and to improve functioning in their daily environment.
Convenient Telehealth Services
Telepsychiatry is available for therapy sessions and medication management. Your visit can be virtual online while you attend the session from the location of your choice. This option is helpful for those who have mobility issues, who live in a rural area, or need to attend a session from work.
Case Management and Family Support
Blended case management services are available to help you with housing, transportation, support at schools, employment, food, and health appointments. Your case manager can assist you in the event of a crisis.
Family based support is available for you if your child or youth is a client. When our children are displaying behavioral issues such as substance use, we are unequipped to handle such scenarios and need professionals to guide us in parenting. The clinic will give you the tools and confidence you need to guide your child into healthier behaviors.
