Catholic Charities East Brunswick is a private nonprofit organization providing outpatient addiction treatment and mental health services in Middlesex County, New Jersey. Outpatient Addiction Treatment and Dual Diagnosis Care
Catholic Charities East Brunswick specializes in outpatient substance use treatment for adults, young adults and adolescents struggling with addiction and co-occurring mental health conditions. Treatment integrates cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, the Matrix Model and 12 Step facilitation to address both substance use and underlying issues. Specialized Programs for Youth And Families
The center offers a Teen Support Program for adolescents ages 14 to 18 years affected by alcohol or drug use, along with the unique STEP program for children ages 8 to 14 years impacted by family members' addictions. STEP uses age appropriate games, experiential activities and art therapy to help young people process emotional challenges and develop healthy coping skills in a supportive environment.
The center accepts Medicaid, Medicare and major private insurance plans, with sliding scale fees and payment assistance available for those who qualify.
