About Bonfire Behavioral Health

Bonfire Behavioral Health offers addiction treatment for adults in Dover, New Hampshire. They provide a variety of programs in an outpatient setting including a partial hospitalization program (PHP), an intensive outpatient program (IOP), and an outpatient program. Bonfire can connect you to continuing care and sober living programs at the end of treatment. Women and men are treated in separate groups for culturally competent care.

Daily Trauma Informed Therapy

During the partial hospitalization program you’ll engage in trauma informed daily therapy in groups and individual sessions. You’ll receive an individualized treatment plan that will help you navigate addiction triggers and manage mental health symptoms. One thing that sets Bonfire apart is that they use forgiveness therapy to help you let go of the pain, seek peace and move forward.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

While participating in group and individual counseling sessions, you’ll learn how to identify negative thoughts and beliefs. Through cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), clinicians can help you see how these patterns are linked with addictive behaviors. To manage these experiences, you’ll be taught mindfulness, stress management and relaxation tips.
