About ALT Recovery Group Chatsworth
The Chatsworth Clinic of ALT Recovery Group in California offers Opioid Use Disorder treatment and therapies. When we are making life changing decisions we can feel overwhelmed and alone. At Chatsworth you take that first step with a compassionate and knowledgeable team and then focus on one day at a time.
The center accepts Medicaid, Medicare and other insurance plans. Grant funding and a sliding scale option are available for those who are uninsured or underinsured. They are CARF accredited.
Medication Assisted Treatment
Medication assisted treatment offers methadone, buprenorphine, and naltrexone maintenance and guest dosing. Depending on the depth of your substance use disorder you may be in a short term stabilization program or may require a long term treatment program. You will be required to attend counseling sessions as well.
Routine Promotes Recovery
As a client at ALT Recovery you will have a personalized treatment plan, support for mental health issues, and counseling that is recovery focused. Your counselor will help you establish a routine which will prevent you from being overwhelmed and allow you to manage your symptoms more easily.
Your routine can be as simple as bed time and waking up times, when to take your medication, and when to eat. Included in your schedule will be clinic dosings and substance use counseling appointments. Dosing hours are Monday through Friday from 5:30 am to 12:30 pm and Saturday from 8:00 am to 10:00 am. Counseling hours are Monday through Friday from 5:30 am to 12:30 pm.
