Treatment begins with a comprehensive assessment to identify your needs and recovery goals. From there, you may participate in intensive outpatient programming (IOP) with 9 hours of treatment per week or step into individual psychotherapy, family therapy or group therapy tailored to your schedule and stage of recovery.
Action Recovery specializes in medication assisted treatment using Suboxone and Vivitrol to manage cravings and support long term sobriety from opioids. The clinical team addresses co-occurring depression, anxiety and trauma while helping clients build clear recovery goals with weekly incentives and rewards, all within a multi disciplinary framework that blends medical expertise, psychological care and 12 Step support.

The program serves Cuyahoga County and the greater Cleveland area. They use a strengths based and trauma informed approach to care, with an expertise in pain management and neurobiological cravings. Additionally, they offer telehealth options for greater flexibility, including individual and group settings.Their provider team has over 100 years of combined experience and serve as a training site for nationally recognized medical and psychiatry programs.
