Most treatment centers have dietitians on staff. They can help you learn the benefits of good nutrition and healthy living. Many drugs leech nutrients from your body, learning to eat right will help you with cravings and recovery.

According to the National Institute on Drug Abuse, treatment helps you overcome the problems in your life that caused you to used drugs. They do this through counseling, stress reduction, and other services.
